interesting closure of difficult days in a row

character

we've been taught today by someone very inspiring man, who

is very confident in himself
has been living on his confidence and dreams
does thing that he believes in
knows well what he wants
keeps investing his relationship with others

lives simple for the shake of his dream
says repeatedly that "world has change"
remembers that once one had told him about school:
Sincerity Capacity Honesty Orderliness Obedient Learning

says that to make yourselves grow up - 20% is knowledge - 80% is YOU, but knowledge and motivation are taking different side
learns essential thing from internal role model e.g. his grandfather who is very positive and never say bad things
and also external role model:
reads the autobiography of many charismatic world well-known people e,g, Churchill, Mozart, Napoleon, Adam Smith and many others and takes the positive encouragement from their experience

has experienced that whatever he tried to do something, somebody else do it better, so then he found that the key for him is uniqueness since then he visioned to make something that other people has not made it yet

One of his dream is to make money until no more place where to put it.
He wants something, and he wants to get it in style.
Creativity for him is something that will not come once we avoid it, it is a long process and need to be exercised and practised.
He believes that there is no such innovation in this world, what you need is a little bit of attention of anything in surrounding.
and....

afterall, he said CHARACTER is all about it takes to be a successful entrepreneur,
never easy to be satisfied
never give up
be confident
always looking bright side
be open minded
accept critiques, people may lie when they that you're too good or too bad

character is the faith, and "keep your basic happy, that is your heart."

The process neither simple or easy, but doing what he likes most, being confident, being persistence and using his ability of looking positive side are only some traits that bring him to NOW, the 2nd people on earth who innovate someting new in the world of beauty cosmetics.

After listening to him, apart from his knowledge and personality, I think that luck also follows his step, his positive attitude brings him to positive result, and I also feel that role of serendipity plays a part in his successes. But, it takes character to harvest those privilege... hmm, remember the film "Pay it forward" nih :-)

Day1

Hari ini pertama kali mulai kuliah. Hmmm, persiapannya kemarin2 lumayan capek lah
tapi ya gitu deh, udah komitmen gw bukan mau sekolah... hihihi

di tempat gw belajar ini system pembelajarannya adopted dari salah satu sekolah bisnis impian gw :-) Harvard Business School, sistemnya: active learning, modulaa, jadi kurang lebih sama lah sama beberapa bisnis, casenya dibeli dari database sekolah tersebut... tapiiiiii untuk satu subyek aja casenya banyak

keputusan gw untuk memilih sekolah ini in terms of location ternyata membuahkan hasil, yah secara banyak yg harus dibaca, di-digest, stay up late at night, jadi pagi2 ya agak2 deh apalagi gw pan bukan morning person ... excuse excuse , jadi untung jg gw milih sekolah yg dekat dengan rumah gw cukup menyenangkan... :-))

gimana ya hasilnya nanti ya?
casenya cukup menarik2, moga2 makin kritis mahasiswanya akan makin fruitful
ntar gw update lagi yaa, sekolah dulu nih :-)
